Palm Springs, California (December 9, 2021) – The Palm Springs International Film Awards announced that Lady Gaga will receive the Icon Award for her performance in Gucci House. The Film Awards will take place in person on January 6, 2022 at the Palm Springs Convention Center and run until January 17, 2022. The event will be presented by American Express and sponsored by Entertainment Tonight.

Former Icon Award recipients are Glenn Close, Willem Dafoe, Michael Douglas, Robert Duvall, Tom Hanks and Meryl Streep.
